Toolora provides online utility tools (e.g., JSON formatting, data conversion, password generation, regex testing) that primarily run in the browser.

The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued in whole or in part without prior notice for maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure.

You agree to use the service for lawful purposes and not to infringe the lawful rights and interests of others.

You are responsible for verifying outputs before using them in important, production, financial, medical, or high-risk decisions.

5. Intellectual property

All brand names, logos, interfaces, content, and designs of Toolora belong to the operator or lawful licensors.

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free service or fitness for every specific purpose.

Tool outputs are supportive only; you remain responsible for how you use them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolora is not liable for indirect, consequential, data loss, or lost profit damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

Any total liability (if any) is limited to the maximum allowed under Vietnamese law for free internet-provided services.

The website may contain links to third-party sites/services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

Your access to third parties is voluntary and at your own risk.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.

Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, they shall be submitted to competent authorities in Vietnam as provided by law.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated versions take effect upon posting on the website unless otherwise stated.

Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
